Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to ocsheet, a free online OC (original character) sheet maker with templates, name and persona generators. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

ocsheet provides tools to create, edit, store, export and share original character sheets. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your Account

1. Account creation: some features (saving sheets, subscriptions) require an account. Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
2. Account security: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Notification: notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of every character, sheet and setting you create with ocsheet. You may export and reuse your content anywhere, at any time.
• Our content: the ocsheet name, website design, editor, built-in templates and underlying software are owned by ocsheet and its licensors. You may not resell or redistribute them as a competing product.
• Shared sheets: if you share a public sheet link, you grant other visitors a limited license to view that sheet. You can stop sharing by deleting the sheet.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• infringe the copyrights or trademarks of others (fan characters are your responsibility);
• attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the service or bypass paid limits;
• scrape or bulk-download content that belongs to other users without their consent.

Free and Paid Plans

• The Free plan includes 5 saved sheets, starter templates, generators and PNG/JSON export.
• Creator and Studio are month-to-month subscriptions that unlock unlimited sheets, premium templates and more.
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; after cancellation your sheets stay accessible and exportable.
• Refunds are handled per applicable consumer-protection law; contact us and we will work it out.

Availability and Changes

We may add, change or retire features. We aim to keep your sheets accessible, but you are encouraged to export JSON backups regularly. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ocsheet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
